- Comprehensive Review – We will review reports or assessments from medical and/or behavioral practitioners and help you strategize your next steps.
- Online Learning & Feedback – Complete online course modules, submit your assessment, plan, and short videos to ensure you are correctly implementing the strategies.
- Regular Check-Ins – Our team will meet with you after each module to celebrate successes and answer your questions so you don’t get stuck.
- Community Connection – Optional small group of high-touch coaching participants to connect with others on similar paths.
