There are 6 Modules in the online course. Each Module is split into 3 or more easy-to-watch video lessons. The homework (which is not turned in or graded) will help you apply all the concepts learned. The total time it takes to watch the course is approximately 10 hours, so most participants spend 1-2 hours per week to learn these life-changing strategies.
